This article explains the fact about cutting out carbs (carbohydrates) diet and the fact about it. In my other articles I have explained about how eating a high amount of carbohydrates will actually give you more power to fight against the yeast bacteria. It is based on an experience of my friend. Initially, she cut out the carbs (carbohydrates) until she felt so weak. Then she started a more balanced diet and found that her symptoms eventually got betterBoth of us think what must have happened was that when she was eating low amounts of carbs then she didn’t experience any yeast growth symptoms but her body was too weak to fight the yeast and so she did not experience die-off symptoms.
