Be Smart with your Heart; Perform your Cardio Base with Grace.We all know Cardiovascular exercise is good for us, few know however, that too much, performed at the wrong intensities can ruin all the efforts of exercising in the first place. ‘Lets go with Cardio’ is about improving ones life and health, therefore overall wealth, with wise training methods. Many enthusiasts today trying to improve their fitness or lose body fat start too hard too early with their cardio exercise, the best approach is to do your ‘base with grace.’Base level cardiovascular fitness is really very easy to obtain – just choose an activity you enjoy, anything will do (walking the dog, taking a bike ride, roller blade riding, performing Yoga, swimming etc) and just ramp up the speed a little to get your heart rate elevated or until you feel a light sweat on your skin. Another common training method which works well is to perform a ‘talk test.’ Continue your chosen cardio activity (without grasping for oxygen) – you should be able to carry out a normal conversation while engaging in your activity. If you do this 3-4X per week for 20 Minutes you can easily increase your heart function and reap the rewards of better fitness gracefully. We often hear that health is our greatest wealth and wealthy wise individuals know that building a strong foundation is the only way to continue with grace later on.This smart way to graceful cardio training also surprisingly has positive benefits for fat loss, more on that in another article, just know, that in today’s modern stressed out world the last thing most people need is to thrash themselves with cardio exercise trying to get fit and lose weight, in fact that often has disastrous results. I personally recommend a brisk stroll a few times a week both for base level fitness and a way to decrease stress – Hippocrates the father of modern medicine said, ‘Walking is mans’ best medicine’. In today’s terms that means, ‘Walking is wo/man’s best medicine’, so get to it and walk! OK… or swim, bike, skip, snowboard…. do what you like, just do something.A lot of trainers are forgetting that many people can continue to use Cardio to help deal with stress and stimulate the heart for improved blood circulation, cleansing and heart health. Base level cardio exercise at the right durations and intensities can help reduce stress and enhance recovery and well-being. Got this video for my wife (yes, I am that guy, but she keeps telling me she wants to get in shape since we just had our first child). Anyways, after her first go with the video, she was in some serious pain, which essentially means it works good. She was very psyched and was looking forward to round 2. So thumbs up from me.
5 Stars Good start although is at an intermediate level…..
I got this video for my wife who gave birth recently. Since she was pregnant she is complaining about being fat so I was happy to find this DVD.
The exercise intervals are 1 minute long and come in 2 types: low impact and high impact. Although if you didn’t worked out recently or after surgery/pregnancy might be dificult to get into it, sticking to the low impact version and making some modification as another reviewer noted will help you through it.

Since we are taking it easy, I cannot comment on the number of days to see the result but I will re-write the review after we get a better
