Hawaii Honeymoons

Hawaii HoneymoonsWhy pick Hawaii as your honeymoon destination? As you probably know, Hawaii is the number one honeymoon destination in the United States, and for good reason! You'll find warm tropical breezes, luxurious hotels, sandy beaches, and romance around every corner. In short, just what most honeymooners are looking for! If you're looking for a quiet romantic honeymoon you can find it in Hawaii. If you're looking for a fast-paced, action-packed honeymoon you can find it in Hawaii. And if you're looking for something in between those two extremes you can of course also find it in Hawaii too! All of the Hawaiian Islands are a bit different and so each of them offer a different honeymoon experience.  {mosimage} Oahu is the most popular island with Waikiki Beach, the famous North Shore and Waimea Beach. The city of Honolulu is on Oahu and so there are most of the things that you would expect in a large metropolitan city—good restaurants and nightlife. Our top Oahu Honeymoon Hotels are: Kahala Hotel and Resort. Marriott Ihilani. Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort. Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach. Radisson Prince Kuhio.   Maui is probably the second most popular island and it is a favorite of honeymooners. It's a good balance between nightlife and things to do and the very mellow and quiet outer islands. Our favorite Maui Honeymoon Hotels are: Four Seasons Maui. Hotel Hana Maui. Fairmont Kea Lani. Marriott Wailea.   Kauai is very laid back and quiet. It's great for people who just want to unwind and get close to nature. There's not much in the way of nightlife or shopping and that's exactly what some honeymooners are looking for. Our favorite Kauai Honeymoon Hotels are: Princeville Resort. Grand Hyatt Kauai. Kauai Marriott. Kauai

Has People Ever Used A Debit Card To Rent A Car In Hawaii?

My boyfriend and I have reserved rental cars for when we are in Hawaii in February, but the car rental service said they would have to put the debit card through a screening process to see whether it meets the criteria necessary. The debit card has a VISA label on it, but I don’t know what the screening process will be looking for. I just want to be prepared in case it doesn’t work out. The problem is, we don’t have credit cards, so we can’t use that as a back up, and they only accept either debit or credit. I’m really worried about this. I’m wondering if anyone else has run into this situation and if so, whether it worked out with the debit card. I’m hoping to hear from people who have used their debit cards to rent in Hawaii. Thanks!
